Conditions

Registration
Registration is made by sending the registration form to the school, by post, fax or e-mail. The registration becomes binding when wds / pass-english-exams confirms this in writing. Registration made by individual course participants is generally for the period of one semester (20 weeks) or for the whole duration of examination preparation courses, unless otherwise agreed. Registration for in-house courses is made collectively by the company

Entry
Except in the case of beginners' courses, final placement depends on the result of the wds / pass-english-exams entry test and / or a trial lesson.

Start of Course
Courses will take place on condition that a sufficient number of registrations have been received. New courses begin in January, April, August and October. In-company and examination preparation courses begin on a continuous basis, according to the currently publicized dates or as arranged.

Holidays
The academic year consists of 40 weeks (generally divided into 2 terms of 20 weeks each). The 12 weeks of holiday correspond to the dates as applied by local state schools. The dates and duration of private lessons and of in-company courses are arranged individually.

Course Times
Evening courses take place from 18.00 to 20.00 or from 18.30 to 20.30.
Saturday morning courses (intensive course) take place from 09.00 to 12.00

Final Test
Towards the end of each semester a final test is given. A positive result in this test enables participants to progress to the next course. This test is not applicable for participants preparing for an international certificate or diploma

Insurance
Participants are advised that wds / pass-english-exams does not provide accident or liablity insurance.
